By creating an account on Workatool you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Workatool is software-as-a-service for managing service businesses (clients, jobs, staff, quoting, invoicing, automations and a public site builder). Features available to you depend on your plan.
You may not use Workatool to send spam, host illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with other customers' workspaces.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel any time in Billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.
You own the data you upload. We process it on your behalf to provide the service (see Privacy Policy). On cancellation you can export your data; we will delete it within 12 months unless required to keep it by law.
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
